Hello! If you know I'm Laura Knightley and I'm going to tell you many things about Africa.
Africa is a continent situated in the middle of the Earth. The weather is very hot, it doesn't usually rains.There're 49 countries.
There aren't many mountains in Africa, but the most famous are the Atlas Mounts, Ahaggar Mountains and Tibesti Mounts (these twree are in the north). There are too the Mitumba Mounts in the east of the continent.
There is a very famous volcano, (*) Kilimanjaro. It's in the north of Tanzania. This volcano it's of 5,895 metres tall!
In this continent there are very famous rivers, but there is one very important: The Nile's River. It's of 6,673 km long! It's in Egipt, in the north. It borns in Victoria's lake.
In Africa there's too the Congo river. It's 4,669 km. metres long. (*) Congo's River it's one of the most abundant rivers of the world!
The first picture is the Nile's river and the second it's of (*) Congo's river.
There's is too a very important lake in Africa! It's Victoria's lake and it's situate in Tanzania, but there's is a bit of the lake in Uganda and Kenya, too. His most important inflow is the Kagera (river). His surface is 68,800 km square.
In Africa there're different religions: the Animism, Islam and Christianity.
