I follow a balanced diet, why? Because I often eat
fruits and vegetables, and meat and fish once a week. The perfect weekly diet
consists in: 55% of the daily diet should correspond to carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables and dairy. 15% will be covered by proteins and dairy. The
remaining 30% will be in fats. In
my house we eat vegetables once a week because we have got potatoes, spinach,
lettuce... in our orchard, fruit is another food that comes by our orchard.
