Dear Ms. Brown,

I am writing to complain about a digital clock radio I bought from your company last week. At first appearence it seemed good but now it not work correctly. In the advertisement you offer a digital clock radio with hundreds of digital radio stations, night light and alarm clock but I can only receive two radio stations, it is impossible to switch off the light and the alarm clock doesn't work. 

First I tried to return it to Designer Electronics, but the shop assistant was rude and unfriendly and he refused to replace it.

I would be grateful if you could send me a new digital clock radio and I would also like written appology.
