Dear Ms. Brown,

I am writing to complain about apair of digital clock radio, that I bought from your shop three days ago.

When I opened the box I found the instructions and then the radio. First of all, I read the instructions. Then I switch on the radio and I set the hour in the clock. When I switch on the radio I found a lot of problems: the radio can only receive two radio stations, is impossible to switch off the light and the alarm clock doesn't work.


I went to the nearest store in my town, Designer Electronics, and I explain the problem to on of your shop assistants and I felt very angry because he was rude and unfriendly in addition to that he refused to replace it. I found this a big absence of professionalism.


I would be grateful if you could replace it as soon as you can. I would also like a written apology.
