Dear Sir/Madam, 

 

I am writing to complain about apair of digital clock radio. I bought from your shop last week. When I opened the box I found the digital clock radio under the instructions and, first of all, I read all the instructions. When I finished I switch on and the digital clock radio doesn't run. There are a lot of problems: can only receive two radio stations, is impossible to switch off the light and alarm clock doesn't work.

I telephoned your shop and spoke to one f your shop assistants. She was rude and unfriendly and she refused to replace it. I feel this is unacceptable service. I am a very busy person and it is difficult for me to get into town easily during shop opening hours.

I would be grateful if you could send me pair of new digital clock radio immediately by retourn of post. I would also like a written apology.
