Dear Miss Julia,

I am writting to complain about my radio of your company. I bought it in your store on the 58 The Hight Street,  OX2 8QN. At the first moment all was right but with a few hours the digital clock had symptons that something didn't work. After two hours  my fabourite radio station didn't work and the oder too. There are only two radio stations (BBC and Galaxy) that work well. Then when I go to bed was impossible to switch off the light and afte sleeping I woke up late because ofthe alarm clock didn't sound,I prove the alarm clock and didn't work.

 After that I give it to return this radio and the shop assistans had a poor attention with me so I couldn't replace it. I was very unconcidered and I know that your company has more atention whit the customers.

I woud be greetful if there are a way to change and give me a discount to offset all the time that I spend to solve the problem because there are a lot of people that had the same problem.
